Nic James in Jack and the Beanstalk at Salisbury Playhouse

We’re delighted to share that Nic James will be back at Salisbury Playhouse this Christmas, swapping last year’s pink-suited Prince Tony in Sleeping Beauty for Fairy Fabulous in Jack and the Beanstalk.

This year’s panto promises to be truly fee-fi-fo-FUN, directed by Salisbury’s Artistic Director Gareth Machin and designed by award-winning Katie Lias (Sleeping Beauty). Nic joins a brilliant company led by George Olney as Jack, with Dan Smith as Dame Caroline Trotter, Isabella Mason as Jill, Emma Norman as Fleshcreep, Thomas Sutcliffe as Pavarotti Perkins, and Elouise Runnette as Dolly the Cow.

Jack and the Beanstalk runs from 29 November 2025 – 11 January 2026 at Salisbury Playhouse.
