We are thrilled for Joshua Dever who, having had a short break since finishing on the Bat out of Hell tour, is joining the company of one of the most hotly-anticipated musicals of 2026, Thelma & Louise, at the Young Vic this autumn.

35 years ago the original 1991 film became a touchstone moment and has remained a part of the cultural conversation ever since. Now writer Callie Khouri, who won an Oscar, a Golden Globe, a PEN Center USA West Literary Award and a Writers Guild of America Award for her original screenplay, has reimagined the iconic road movie as a brand-new musical with music and lyrics by Grammy-nominated artist Neko Case.

Starring Amy Lennox and Rachel Tucker as Thelma and Louise, Joshua is excited to be joining the cast as cover Darryl, Singer and Harlan.

Thelma & Louise is directed by Trip Cullman.
