Susie trained at RWCMD. She grew up in Birmingham and was a member of the celebrated Central Junior Television Workshop. She later trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Susie plays series regular Tracy Horrobin on The Archers, BBC’s longest running radio drama and in 2026 she joined the touring cast of The Archers: Live at 75, bringing her much loved character to the stage for the first time.

Susies television work includes Grace, Coronation Street, Gavin & Stacey, Saxondale, Emmerdale and Doctors. She has played a range of roles on stage including Olga in Three Sisters, Kate in The Taming of the Shrew and Viola in Twelfth Night.

Susie co-produces and hosts the award-winning podcast Limited Time Only, has served two separate contracts on the BBC Radio Drama Company and is co-artistic director of the theatre company Idiot Child.
