Elizabeth Peace writes and directs The Golden Boy with Slick Films

We are so proud of Elizabeth Peace and her drive and determination in helming this project, and now the first screening of her short film The Golden Boy is here.

The Golden Boy marks Elizabeth’s debut as writer and director and she has been working with Academy Award winners Slick Films. Casting was by the wonderful Sonia Allam and features client Isabella Leung in the role of Miss Foster.

The Golden Boy is a short emotional act of familial love and sacrifice inspired by true events. It’s Michael’s last week in nursery and the end-of-school assembly approaches. A non-verbal autistic six-year-old boy must elicit the help of his older sister to prove that his high support needs can’t stop potential.
