We’re thrilled to announce that Matthew Gent will play the glittering, enigmatic Hook in the world premiere of Club NVRLND—a wild, immersive nightclub musical bursting onto the 2025 Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Set to a soundtrack of iconic 2000s anthems (think Britney, Justin, Katy and more), Club NVRLND is a high-energy reimagining of the Peter Pan myth for the Millennial generation. Wendy’s about to get married—but one night back in NVRLND, reunited with Peter, Tink, and Tiger Lily, changes everything.

With a book by Olivier Award nominee Jack Holden (Cruise), direction by Steven Kunis, and choreography by Ashley Nottingham, the cast also includes:

  • Thomas Grant as Peter Pan
  • Martha Kirby as Wendy
  • Le Fil (RuPaul’s Drag Race UK) as Tiger Lily
  • Lizzie Wofford as Tink
  • Jad Habchi as The Crocodile
